Health Fitness Fun day

Under the patronage of H.H. Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak, Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation and the Head of the General Women’s Union, the Abu Dhabi Centre for Technical and Vocational Education and Training - ACTVET welcomes students, families, sport enthusiast, and all Abu Dhabi residents to the Health & Fitness Fun Week that will take place from February 19th to 21st, 2014 at the National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC).

 

The Health & Fitness Fun Week is a great chance to start a better lifestyle and boost your health and energy level and the wellness of your whole body and mind “Stay healthy, have fun, live happy!” is the essence of the message that we would like to spread amongst the community of Abu Dhabi.  By promoting this event ACTVET aims to instill, especially in the youngster, a new approach to a healthier life that comprises an active routine, a balanced diet, regular health checkups and of course…a good dose of fun! 

There is no better way to achieve our goal by engaging the community in a full immersion of free activities all around the theme of health and wellbeing.  Abu Dhabi Centre for Technical and Vocational Education and Training brings together health and fitness enthusiasts, medical experts, fitness clubs, organizations and businesses focused on healthy living, nutritionists and chefs to promote health and fitness awareness and knowledge while having fun. Three days of free health screenings and counseling, fitness activities and demonstrations plus raffle prizes, games and lots of entertainment for all.
