The second edition of the Al Ain Camel Racing Festival began today and will run from July 3 to October 9, 2026, at the Al Rawda racecourse in Al Ain.
The festival is organized by the Presidential Camel Racing Center and supervised by the UAE Camel Racing Federation.
On this occasion, His Highness Sheikh Hazza wrote on the X social media platform: “Under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, may God protect him, the second edition of the Al Ain Camel Racing Festival has been launched. This supports this authentic sport, affirms its place in Emirati popular culture, and strengthens the connection between the younger generation and the heritage of their forefathers.”
